i really like banner a lot. my husband was away on business and an alarm kept going off in my house and it was night and one of the owners called me back and stayed on the phone with me until i could figure out where the sound was coming from (turns out it was just a smoke alarm in my daughters room and the battery was dying, lol)

Banner Alarm – (After using ADT for 8 years – who I can’t stand – but that’s a whole different post) – we decided to switch to a local company. When John and Jim (brothers that are owners) came to give us an estimate, we knew they were the guys. Personable and knowledge… They worked with me to creatively come up with a solution on placement of the control pad. They spent a total of two days in our home… not only installing our system, but offering genuine fire safety advice, child proofing advice and general safety tips that were not related to anything they could sell me. They patiently and thoroughly explained how to use the system and accessories. They had difficulty setting the last portion of the system up… but patiently and vigorously spent hours trying to resolve the issue. We eventually realized the problem was a weak Wifi signal (FIOS). They even offered help and advice while I was on the phone with FIOS trying to tease out the problem. After all was said and done, I have received several phone calls from their lovely secretary in regards to my level of satisfaction and to help me set up the additional paperwork for permits, contacts, etc. Shortly after the work was completed, I also received a specific customer satisfaction survey… which I thought was a testament to their commitment to their level of service. They stay current on the latest technology and offer the newest equipment available. Such a refreshing change!

Just had to take the time to again thank you for helping us solve the birds’ nest problem!! While it is not altogether uncommon to see companies back their own product and solve problems related to their work, it is very rare indeed to find people like yourselves willing (and able) to spend the time and effort to solve a problem for a customer that is not related to your work or product at all. Thank so much again!
Happily we can report that the birds seem to NOT like the box you put up over our fire alarm at all!

After living in our house for 45 years we decided that it’s time to move. Therefore we sold our house and bought a condo.
As of We. Dec. 20th we will no longer be in our house and request that on non of Dec. 20, 2017 our central service monitoring be permanently discontinued.
